Standard Return Policy

We only admit retuns in the following cases

a) within 10 days from your order delivery date

b) packing materials must be original 

c) Warranty labels must not have been tammpered or broken

d) product is not physically damaged or broken

e) the product fails to power on (DOA)

In this cases, please send us a mail to for assistance and we'll issue your RMA (Raturn Material Authorization) label and instructions for shipment. Please note we will not admit any product with no RMA label clearly marked outside the shipment.
